LANDSCAPE DESIGNER - BUNBURY

LD Total are currently seeking  a Landscape Designer working within our Residential & Boutique Landscape division  in the Bunbury area.

The day to day duties to fill this role include:

  • Landscape Design

  • Costing & preparing quotations

  • Assisting with materials/greenstock procurement

All applicants must hold current drivers license and blue or white card, and preference for candidates with previous experience in a similar role within the Landscape Industry.  Further training can be provided but  applicants must have proven experience with CAD /Word &  Excel.

ESTIMATOR/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - BUNBURY

LD Total currently has a  position available for an Estimator/ Contract Adminstrator working within the Irrigation & Landscape Construction department in the Bunbury area.

The day to day duties to fill this role include:
•    Preparation of cost estimates for tenders
•    Reviewing/preparing and submitting tender documents for projects
•    Managing the acquisition of subcontractor & supplier quotations
•    Stock & Materials orders and control
•    General Contract Adminstration
•    Project Finalisation/including AS CON preparation & Project Completion documentation.

All applicants must hold current drivers license and blue or white card, and preference for candidates with previous experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry, or the Landscape/Irrigation Industry.  Training can be provided in our specific industry, for a suitable candidate whom displays the required potential. Applicants must have experience with CAD /Microsoft Project and Excel.

PARKS & GARDENS/TURF MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBERS - BUNBURY

We currently have positions available for Parks & Gardens/Turf Maintenance personnel in the Bunbury area.

These positions require previous Parks & Gardens or Turf maintenance experience. Certificates in Horticulture/Turf Management would be advantageous.

Due to the rapid growth of our maintenance division, we currently have several positions available throughout the metropolitan area and south west of the state for people with qualifications and experience in Turf Management or Horticulture.

We also have a strong focus on training and will consider applicants looking to start a career in this growing industry.

All positions offered are full-time based at Anketell, Gnangara or Bunbury servicing high profile housing estates, retirement villages and commercial sites.

Experience with the operation and servicing of commercial reticulation systems would be an advantage.
