Steve Roper
Steve is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Construction division and the management of all construction projects from inception to completion. More specifically his role includes new business development, budget preparation, project management, quality control, safety, and contract administration.
Steve is a qualified Horticulturalist with over 15 years experience in the management of Commercial & Residential landscape projects and has been employed with LD Total for over 6 years.
Steve's ability to understand, manage and meet client requirements and mentor his team to deliver, establishes him as an invaluable leader of the Construction team.
Mick Biesse
Mick Biesse is our Project Manager for the Boutique Landscaping division at LD Total.
Mick is a qualified Horticulturalist and has been working in the landscaping and building industry for the past 16 years. His extensive Trade and Horticultural experience in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia has equipped him with a diverse range of skills and industry knowledge in a variety of environmental conditions and building products.
Mick likes to tackle all projects head on and knows the value of continued training from a personal drive to step out of the norm and continue to discover new ways of creating the most rewarding landscapes. He has a passion for bringing together the desires of his clients in a very personal and hands on approach to managing all projects with his boutique construction team. He has an eye for details that only the home owner themselves would notice and approaches each project as he would with his own home.
Candice Day
Candice Day our Design Consultant for the Boutique Landscaping division at LD Total.
Candice is a qualified Landscape Designer with a BA of Agribusiness (Curtin) and has been with LD Total for over three years. Her resume includes extensive experience ranging from Private Residences' to Industrial Landscape Designs, where she is responsible for all aspects of delivery from initial concept plans, through to quotations and project realisation.
Candice combines her ability to listen and understand the client's needs, whilst transforming their landscape into a space that is both functional and creative.
