Before the Consultation day
Make sure…
- You’ve looked at our water-wise designs. If you want something different to the suggested designs then make sure you bring that info with you.
- All your Owner (site prep) requirements are complete.
- You have with you a “to scale” copy of your site plan to give to our Consultant. This will not be returned so please ensure you’ve kept copies, if required. Click here to see an example of an acceptable site plan and here for an example of an unacceptable site plan.

The Consultation day
The Consultation takes place on-site at your property and is your chance to discuss and establish the shape of your garden and plant choices with your Consultant.
It is also the final step in our landscaping process before installation.
Consultations are generally quite brief and are made easier if the Homeowner is prepared by having a clear understanding of what to expect after having read the Introduction Letter documentation.
After the consultation, changes are not easily made; design amendments often require your Developer’s approval and LD TOTAL will not proceed with scheduling your landscaping until the design is finalized.
So, it’s vital that you agree on the design at your consultation to avoid any installation delays.
